We have been Remiss (Sorry Laur!)

Well, we're back! It is the same old story, we take the photos, talk about the blog, and then never quite get around to doing something about it. Anyway, these photos were taken while Daniel, Rosalyn, and family and Aaron, Sarah, and family were here last weekend. Aaron needed a PR type photo for his graduation program, and Sarah provided the coordinated wardrobe. After much cajoling on her part, we finally got the family set up for the shot you see. The entire photo shoot took about three minutes. I think Bean was embarrassed he dragged his feet.

Of course we tried hard to get a picture of each of the grandkids, but only these two turned out. Katie's blouse really complements her eyes.

I took this photo of Andrew, and am quite proud of myself. It is always so hard to capture expressions like these, but I was using my big camera, which can take a lot of photos really fast, and this one was a keeper.

I am sure that Sarah would rather not have this photo splashed all over the internet, but hey, they look like twins. Just another moment of drama in Miss Katie's life. She is so cute.

The last photo in this sequence is one that records the party we had for Daniel while they were here. We had an awesome DQ cake for the occasion, and the net result of the celebration for Daniel was his very own MacBook! He is very happy with it too, and thanks to generous donations from the Collings and others, he can enjoy it without worrying about what it cost him. I am sure we will be swapping some software when next we meet, which should be this coming weekend at General Conference (we have tickets for Saturday AM session and we are planning on having Daniel and Rosalyn join up with us).
